roughly 7- 10 working days when you visit PSK.

Ok.. actually my address is changed..and for that police verification is required.. still it takes 7-10 days or more?? Also, what’s the time frame for PCC and medical?

It depends on the officer and PSK, they may issue passport prior to verification or vice versa, If you passport was issued with in 1 year you get PCC same day printed otherwise AFTER police verification only. Medical you can get appointment on any empanelled doctor, you can view list on cic website.
