Hi everyone,
I'm a new member. I'm october 23rd applicant and I still haven't receive anything since AOR last November. I was wondering if the MR comes in email or mail? I am currently out of the country and couldn't go back to Canada to fetch mails.

Not yet my friend. Though i got RPRF request today and i will go ahead and pay.

I will wait till end of this week and might think of upfront medicals next week.

I have received an email on 26th without attachment. But it is fine.
You can call the Panel Physician and book an appointment. Say that you don't have the MR attachment and they would ask your UCI. The Panel Physician can check in their emedical list or whatever list with your UCI and confirm if you are in slot to do medicals. They will give your IMEI number as well. I have got mine.

(I spoke with CIC Call Center and got this suggestion. Looks like the attachment is not important)

Sorry, I could not disclose the name in a public forum. As far as I know, it doesn't matter, you can call any PP.
