Include passport: birth certificate and photo Thank samir3132,

I will get her foto now directly. One more question, if there's application like additional dependent, statutory declaration of common law union, use of Representatives, separation declaration of minors traveling to Canada, if all those form I don't have to fill it, do I have still submit or not? Or just put N/A at document check list. Thank all.

Additional dependent if you have a lot of dependent and you need extra form. There is already a dependent section in the generic form, but if you have more people applying under your application, you would need this.
statutory declaration of common law union is if you are not married BUT in a common-law relationship.
Use of representative, if you are using a lawyer.
separation declaration of minors traveling to Canada is from a father/mother of child who is not coming to Canada. This is where they say "I have no objections that my child, Applicant NAME, is immigrating to Canada with Principal Applicant NAME".

You only use the forms that applies for you.

I was playing around with OCTOBER timeline cause I thought of applying on oct. But I applied as September.

Hi guys, I am planning on submitting my application this week.
but i have some questions regarding

police certificate:
i have been hearing that if i have been staying in Canada since before i turned 18, i do not need a police certificate. Is that true?

intended occupation in the Generic Application Form:
Does it matter what i write? I am currently a retail supervisor. What if i m thinking of changing path and try security?

immigration office requested for processing this application in the Generic Application Form:
should be CPP- Ottawa, but have it mailed to CIO-Sydney

letters from previous employers
one of them is no longer the owner and manager of the store, thus has no company stamps/letterheads or what-so-ever that CIC requested the letter to be printed on. Is it fine if the letter is printed and signed on a white sheet of paper? I will have a note indicating the person no longer own the store.

Thanks so much

1. No one needs police certificate from Canada.
2. does not matter.
3. CPP-O
4. Use letters for those jobs which are making you eligible for CEC. You don't submit letters from every employer. Only which are eligible for 'your' application. (For example if you ever worked in a NOC-D job, you don't need to include any letter from them, But NOC-B jobs, you submit). You can have it printed on white paper, make sure its properly signed, has company seal.
Also add the covering letter about not being able to use letterhead.
Your employer can also write that in the letter. But anyways add the cover letter.
