My OCI application status changed to “Please complete your application by uploading the required documents” but I haven’t received any email. What should I do?

Today when I checked the status on the OCI portal, it shows:

“Please complete your application by uploading the required documents.”

But I didn’t receive any email from CGI explaining which documents are missing.

Has anyone experienced this before?
Do they usually email later, or should I proactively contact CGI Vancouver/BLS?

Any help or similar experiences would be appreciated. Thanks!
