I'd like to know if it is not the case that when the duties and responsibilities one performs fit and overlap with what is stated on NOC site for a given occupation (advertising director NOC code 0124), then the person automatically qualifies for that job title whether self employed or an employee? I worked as a self employed advertising administrator and did advertising work for different companies in return for a consultancy fee. I'd like to know if I can nominate advertising director as my job title. Appreciated if anyone can confirm since making application payments, spending funds, time and energy to make an application and find out after all these that the application is ineligible would be unfair and unreasonable.
