Thanks ABscientist!!

My application was received in May 2013. My test is on Nov 24. A friend of mine applied at the same time as me and she got her test as well. Seems like Alberta is moving.

I applied in June 2013. I received a letter dated October 22, 2014 to write the citizenship test on November 28, 2014 in Edmonton.

I took my test on Oct 24th (attended for interview anyway as I am over 55) and still have not been invited to an oath ceremony. I see a lot of people who passed the test in November have been invited to or already attended an oath ceremony. Is there anyone else still waiting for ceremony who took the test in October or November.

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on June 9, 2014.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on June 9, 2014.
3. We started processing your application on August 6, 2014.
4. We sent you a notice on April 24, 2015 to appear and write the citizenship test on May 27, 2015 at 12:59 PM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
5. Received my oath letter in the mail July 8, 2015. Oath ceremony scheduled for July 29, 2015.

My entire process occurred in Edmonton. It was a single application in which one would generally classify as routine. I have used this forum quite a bit but never actually posted anything until I completed my entire process to give all of you a rough idea of the timeline. Once again, my application was pretty routine with no hold up's and/or interviews. I really wish the best for all of you, and hopefully your time will be coming soon. Thanks.
