Hi all,

For an NZ PCC you are asked to complete a consent of disclosure form.

What office should I select here?

Many thanks. I only downloaded the form today but yes, all search results didn't come up with anything. I doubt this would matter much but I wanted to check I wasn't missing a cic instruction. Thank you.

I know! Sowwy! Just realised I have to redo all my personal history.

Wish I could have been a housewife for the last 10 days.

Hi kryton, I am in the same situation here, did you get to confirm (from cic helpline) whether it is correct to write: online express entry. I have been trying to contact them for days but the automated machine keeps disconnecting me.

Anyway best of luck to you and harman2725

I finally did manage to get through cic help line, and was informed by the agent to write: processing centre Nova Scotia.

You're a star! Thank you. I doubt it will matter either way but thank you very much for getting some kind of confirmation from them.

You need to write Nova Scotia as well but just in case please do confirm with cic and do mention here what they told you.

For anyone looking, we also used Sydney, Nova Scotia.

Submitting this week. I will report back if we are rejected (I bloody hope not) otherwise assume this is ok for this field.

I called the IRCC phone number and they told me to write ottawa .

I mentioned it in the LOE as well.

Bloody hell... do any of them actually know?

Better yet, does it actually matter :p

OK, I'll give them another call next week and get a best 2/3 response from them :p

I dont think it realy matters as long as you filled the personal information, previous adress and consent section. Dont forget to merge passport feont and back page scan with it.

Or in safe side you could upload two forms with ottawa and nova scotia written in each . They will pick the rite one.
