My girlfriend and I will be marrying in the spring once her divorce is final. We would like for her to be able to come visit at that time. I will be submitting an outland application for She will still be returning monthly to visit her son and family and staying a few days. She has money to support herself, but no ties such as job or apartment.
Can this be done without problems? I know I always get the answers from CIC, "It's at the discretion of the officer". I'd like to hear some personal experiences.
What is the best way to approach this?
She definitely can't afford to keep her apartment. But, there is the possibility that she could go to per diem at her work, but she'd like to avoid this.
Thanks for all replies
