Please can someone answer this questions for me? Can an International Registered Nurse (RN) migrate to Canada to work as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)? More jobs seem to be advertised for RPN positions and a work permit is needed, which requires a labor market opinion. Would this RN be able to obtain a work permit although she is over qualified for the job?
