applied on december 25 and reached CIC sydney on 27. and later came to know that registered nurse cap is filled that was my last option .what can i do now

Apply under the new Express Entry program.

in express entry we will be selected only if i have maximum score or i should have my LMIA or PNP those candidates are selected others are rejected.
