Number of forms under CEC

Assuming you have a spouse and applying under CEC

1.IMM 0008
2.IMM 088 DEP
3.IMM 5669 (PRINCIPAL APPLICANT)
4.IMM 5669 (SPOUSE)
5.IMM 5562
6.IMM 5406
7.IMM 5610E
8. IMM 5620
Since you are not using representative SO IMM 5476 is not required

Your list seems right but I think if someone has a spouse they will also need to add:

1) IMM5406 Additional family info (Principal applicant + Spouse)

I already mention IMM 5406 or IMM5406E in above list. Only principal applicant need to fiill this form.

If you read the document checklist it says this IMM5406 both spouse and principal has to fill it out.

Since you are not using representative SO IMM 5476 is not required..So total number of forms are 9 if you have spouse.....
