I was Nominated under Nova Scotioa skilled worker stream in January 30 th 2018 from outside Canada.
And I believe I shall submit application for PR upon arriving through paper base application ( none express entry )
My question is since the processing time for that is 18 months does this period count prior PR granting when calculating total 3 years required stay in Canada brfore being eligible to apply for citizenship? Please advise
