NOVEMBER - DECEMBER 2015 CIC APPLICANTS

Hey all,

Have you guys been getting your PPR or DM before the "Due Date" listed on your GCMS notes?
I ask because my "Due Date" is April 15, which is coming up pretty soon here but my background check is still not in progress.

I got PPR 1 year and a few days after AOR.. I am also AINP

Yes, I am Jan applicant of 2016. I did not find other Jan applicant who get Background check in progress or DM. Thus I always come to this forum to get useful information in time.

Dec applicants, did you hear anything about our deadline for a decision being end of April?

I just called CIC. He gave me no useful updates on my case. He told me my due date is April 16.

Timeline:
Received Dec 16 2015
AOR Mar 9
Medial Nov 2
BG in progress Mar 5

Im still waiting for DM and PPR....

I have seen lots of guys receiving BG and DM at the same day. And yes I have checked the ECAS it's still in progress....

I don't know why this is happening. Well at least CIC agent gave me a "due date"....

yeah, i think it is the correct number. then i dialled 1-3-1, and long wait like half hour to get thru.

She said waiting for final review .She said therE is note by septmber 9 .If i dont get anything by september 9 . I am so frustrated by cic .My work permit is about to expire by next month . I dont know what to do now

i think you should bridge the WP based on ur current status of PR application.

sigh... then u have to bridge again, i think when u do landing, u need to bring ur passport and valid WP with u, isn't it?

Hi guys, i just got BG changed to In progress in my CIC account and DM on EMCS. It is weird that when i click into the DM link, it still shows as 'Medical request passed ' as the final message. i dont know why... any idea?

Dont worry that is normal. Wait for your ppr it will be coming soon. When my bg changed to in progress before after 2 days got dm on ecas and after an hour received ppr mail. If you email is gmail always checked your promotion folder even spam folder.

My passport is on the way now but my ecas still showing DM so dont worry about it

That's good man! Mine hasn't finished yet. I would be so happy if my BG was already done.
