For those that have applied to extend their work permit, please help.

I have an open work permit expiring in the next 3 months and i have applied for my PR with AOR. My employer has paid the $230 for employer compliance fee.

1. Which option will i select for the application? Same employer or New employer?

2. Do i need to pay another application fee?

If its the same employer who did your compliance fee previously then select same employer, but if you plan to work with new employer then select new employer. and yes you need to pay another application fee for open work permit.

Hi loenav! Congratulations!

I believe that starting 2016, from AOR - MR, they made the process faster/shorter. Let's hope that this will also be the same from MR - PPR - VOH!

To make it clear, we will do our medical on 23 rd of March 2016 but I was thinking to send our requested document on 21 March 2016 and will explain in paper as i have booked the medical appointment and will be send through e medica. is that make sense? or i have to wait until we have done the medical and send the document?
