I am trying to understand how CIC are giving requests for MRs nowadays? The procedure for issuing MRs is very weird. For last 2 weeks we had MRs on October 28; November 1 and 2. Today few people received them as well. Looks like they have been working on the backlog. Maybe we will get a rain of MRs soon....hopefully. I cross my fingers!

Depends, if you need the open WP urgent, apply online... If you only want to have implied status, Paper base application is for you.
