I live in Regina but there's no available dates, so i booked one with a clinic in Saskatoon. Drove 2 hr 30 mins. I think its worth it.

Check clinics in Saskatoon. I'm sure you will find something earlier than Nov 28

But how long it takes untill get pr?

My study permit will expire soon. I worried if i go outside of canada, not sure i have to wait long time from overseas' line again.......

Will that be same wait in canada as tourist or outside?

You have to maintain legal status in Canada

If you leave Canada, the file is transferred + 1-2 weeks of transfer time, but not restarted. so it's not going all the way to the back of line
