Hi... I am not 100% sure, but we can only do upfront medical if we are inland applicant. All I know is medical results are valid for one year. If you received MR for PR you can use it for WP application, same as if you received MR for Work Permit first, you can use that for PR application. I am November 2, 2015 inland applicant.
Today I received upgrade from CIC at night,

We sent you correspondence on July **, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

So confused, I got requested for RPRF last month, and still waiting for MR. I haven't recieved " Correspondence" from CIC yet.

1. Did they send me the correspondence by email or regular mail?
2. What do you usually asking for?
3. I know October inland applicants are still waiting for ME, do they working on November cases now?

Anyone who got the same email, plzz let me know. Thx.

Check it
If not found email them
Send by courier all documents

You should have received a email specifically asking for documents. Have you provided receipt for RPRF? Police cert?

I already received that email from cic, asked me to upgrade my address, also medical request.

I submitted my police certificate at beginning once I applied, and paid RPRF on June, sent receipt by my agent.

Then its probably medical, as you mentioned they have requested you.

Interesting that you are inland applicant and getting MR with everything else? I think most others are getting generic reminder email in June and no MR yet

Yes, everyone else is receiving reminder letter first before the MR.
