November 2024 - Citizenship Applications

Hello. I got the update on my tracker a week ago that my test window is from Jan 31 to Feb 1. However, no email to the moment. Is this normal? It's been more than a week since the tracker got updated with the info and the test window is supposed to start in 4 days.

Some people receive a day before the test too. If you feeling really anxious give a call to IRCC.

It's common link for test so you can start the test once you ready and window has started by using link - https://ct-tc.apps.cic.gc.ca/?lang=en

So does it mean that if by any chance even if I don't get the email I will be able to enter the system and do the test anyway? Is this recommended? I would be worried something is going on with my application and I would not want to risk somehow my application gets delayed in some sort of technical limbo problem by taking the test and it has not been approved by the email.

You can always wait for the email and additionally call IRCC too.
