Me too one day I have found this: we received the police certificate you've sent us. I didn't send anything. Next day I got an ADR requesting a police certificate
RROC handles specific NOCs and language localization support requests. They aren't slow, the requests are not as easy to handle.
Since I have Russian PCC in my application is that the reason why my BGC takes so long?
I was just thinking that since RROC becomes a VO for specific cases, mine is one of them. Since my salary was paid in cash may be that's why they have RROC as primary VO and Islamabad as Local visa office to may be support the officers processing my application to better understand the local laws or something.
