Congratulations.. you finally got the new date..

Sigh ....my Oath was done on Jan 24th via Montreal office and I live in Vancouver. Still waiting for the certificate to arrive in mail.

(Although during the Oath they did give the option to people for picking it up from Montreal's IRCC office on Feb 2nd and whoever cant, for them they would mail it).
Ah thanks, looks like I might have a bit of a wait then

I dont follow this, are you referring to the ATIP IRCC notes that don't include any security screening activities? Or CBSA?
The person recently got cbsa notes but claims he didn’t receive the security screening page. That happened to me also. I politely requested the missing information and it was provided the next day. Edited my comment to clarify that we’re talking about cbsa notes. That’s also why I suggested that one should specifically ask for background screening information in the cbsa atip request itself.

More updates from me; MPs office just got back to me with the following:
- my application is 'on file' and being processed in the Vancouver office
- i'm currently waiting for exam, which should occur in the near future
- there is a email message on file at the vancouver office requesting action

Seems way too good to be true. 'near future' can also be 6 months...Id point out that this email came today and my GCMS notes were generated on Dec12/22(at which point the primary office is/was Syndey and not Vancouver) so if I wanted to be positive then I could believe the above but damn, who knows.

LLP completed on Feb 9, 2023.
Application updated on Feb 11, 2023. (5 days before turning six months from the test date).
I saw the changes tonight.
In case anyone is wondering, I think it is the Scarborough office

Citizenship ceremony: Not started, not date set yet. I hope it gets scheduled soon.

That won’t work. As I noted, in the cover letter you would have received with your CBSA atip notes, there would be a contact and their email for questions and enquires. You need to contact that person, quoting your atip file number and that “security screening activities” is unfortunately missing from the provided information.
Thanks alot, I emailed the contact in the cover letter and I mentioned my file number .
Another question, what are the information you inferred from what you received.

My hypothesis is that this agent - KL21907 - is one of the newer ghost agents since it’s not on this list

What additional information was sought?
Do you know your local processing office (can call to find out)? If so, send them an email (the email address depends on the office).
Also try ordering notes from cbsa. They usually respond within 1 month.
