New to this group.
Applied for my parents who are both seniors. The following is their timeline:
Applied: Nov
AOR: Jan 14, 2022
BG complete: March 11, 2022
Office: CPC Sydney, but we're located in Hamilton, so maybe it was moved there?

No updates since BG complete. My dad's PR card expired in June, Do I have to apply for a renewal or just wait it out? He has no plans to travel this year, but he wants to travel next year for sure.

Usually 2-3 days, but who knows, maybe your IRCC agent is away or something. Give it another few days and if it doesn't update then email them via responding to the test invite email.
