Definately that's not for India must be for Nigeria or usa
Applies to India too. Go on myimmitracker, set Stream to PNP-O, Status to PPR, Country of residence to India, sort the list by e-APR AOR date (from new to old) and look at the "days from Meds passed to PPR" and you'll see the average is 60-65 days.

I don't see the relation between the COR and the timeline. I think VO process the files depending on the AOR date, not your COR. I also heard that there is an important likelihood that our files are in CIO because we are PNP applicants. I think that we are going to receive PPR in approximately the same period even if we are not living in the same COR;
