The most recent published time frames were in the report submitted in 2020, that had the data for 2019 and as per that the processing time were as follows:

IRCC is best to submit the annual report for 2021 which will have the data for 2021. However due to COVID, many applications are pending for over a year.

No. If they don’t process any stream besides CEC Inland, that means nobody touches your file to progress anything. Your only proper source of info would be GCMS Notes.

The PR and TRV are operate applications. A letter of invitation would help you in getting a visitor's visa, but will do nothing for the PR.

No. IRCC can prolong your medicals automatically even if they get 1 year. They can do it as many times as necessary based on their own judgement (especially if your original health status was totally fine). Unless you get a request to redo Medicals you shouldn't waste money on that. If you think that stresses IRCC to process your file on time - no, they don't care about deadlines because there are no deadlines.

Ask your relative to help with GCMS notes if you haven't already.
All you need their proof of status in Canada.

If you claimed points for arranged employment, one of the conditions was that the offer would be "for at least one year after [IRCC] issue(s) your permanent resident visa." If you leave your job, then the "year after clause will also go away" as the employer who gave you that undertaking will withdraw the offer, and thus you will lose the points.

So far IRCC has not issued any circulars or policy in this regard. As soon as your change your job, and if your application is still in progress, you have to inform IRCC, and your offer of arranged employment will be subject to verification, even if your eligibility is passed.

But I'm not employer driven I'm pnp express entry. But I just get 50 points for employment arrangement.
