No official decision has been made.
My application status has been "Your action is required" for over a year now. Call centre agents keep reassuring me that everything is done on my part.
I call and write to them a lot. Their response involved Covid at first and now it's Afghanistan.
Does anyone know what else can be done in order of an officer to make a decision on the application? (We have tried Web form, Call Centre, local Member of Parliament - no help at all).
