yes if they did the post right away,it looks like three weeks which is not too bad.It looks like they are prioritising the family applications especially coming from 2019
3 weeks after DM not bad at all, although the oath date seems to be 2 months away from the date they posted the update. I saw some people get the oath date at the time of their DM. I wonder what difference it makes in the scheduling oath ceremonies after DM. I mean some people have been waiting for months for their oath to be scheduled, while others get it faster  I can understand the difference while processing applications, as some applications are easier to verify than others as IRCC say the reason for delaying some applications, but once DM is made, what factors are in play for the time of the oath?

Seems to be availability of citizenship officer, judge, other tech worker for zoom support, need to have enough number of candidates etc and surely the local office & its oath process/preparation etc.
Too many variables it seems .

File transfer to Local office and processing it at locally should be first avoided to cut 30%+ of the processing time easily.
Again its an old school issues - They were processing like this decades ago when they didnt have entry/exit on passports and they had to verify few candidates for quality check(or for discrepancy information filed candidates) by visiting the local area(or local officer will be familiar with the residence area, working location/employer etc) but now all these became unnecessary since they just need to know if the candidate is inside the country for 1095 days. Thats it. They can do it by sitting at once place centrally.

...
I get that, but my question is why is there a discrepancy between people who are waiting for oath to be scheduled from the same office as it seems? Aren't oath ceremonies being conducted on a regular basis?

Due to various officer working on different files, possibly blocked at that officer level till closure, not at the whole office level collectively in a single pool(after DM).

I thought after DM things will start moving faster, but the evidence indicates otherwise, especially from the Montreal office which evidently takes double the time from test to DM. If they can accommodate 40-50 people a week, I think oath shouldn't take this long. I don't believe each office has 40-50 DM each week. Oath is more administrative work, I suppose. They also could accommodate 100s of applicants in an outside in-person event for the oath. The US does this

50 per week for a year is only 2600 applicants per year in a big locations such as Toronto or Montreal. So it wont be enough and i think thats why DM and oath gets long i think,
Yes we have seen many oaths are not above 50 hence the DM and oath is up for toss.

I didn't think of the numbers in a year. Wow, indeed 2500 people a year is very low. Then I think the outdoor events could solve this issue if they are willing to move things. In parks they can easily accommodate 300+ people.

I just asked this question in another thread, and the answer I got was 8+ months based on the spreadsheet. The latest oath invite was for an applicant who got DM back in Jan 2021, and their oath is scheduled for the end of this month.

Last week. So I have to wait till April now.
I just got DM on my file, too. OK, I looked at the spreadsheet, and I think this 8 months is true for one applicant from July 2019, whose oath was scheduled for Feb 2021 first and then cancelled. However a same month applicant got their DM on July 15, and their oath was scheduled for Aug 10th. This is more optimistic. This gives me hope things won't get longer than the time between test and DM. I believe outdoor in-person oath ceremonies are viable solutions to the oath backlog

One July 2019 applicant got his oath invite for August 31. It is on Montreal citizenship group.
