Finally, I got my COPR today. Here is my timeline for the over 6 month journey. Ontario PNP inland. AOR Nov 13, Medical passed Dec 4th. Three GUs in total. One was quite early ago, don't remember the exact date. Probably mid Jan. Second one May 22nd. Third one June 15th. Then missed a call from No caller ID June 16th, it must be from IRCC, then they called me again today June 17th, confirmed some information, COPR received 30 min after hung off the call. Good luck to you all!

I don't know when it was approved. I raised a webform last week (Wednesday) pleading to approve my PR (i knew all my checks were already passed based on webform raised earlier in April) as I made some investment which needed me to have my PR approved. I still have not received response for the webform, instead got COPR. I think my latest webform woke them up and then they realized that my file is sitting there which needs no other work, so approved it.
Hi Abhi,
can you please send me the exact request you mentioned in the webform?

Thank goodness the VFS in my country (Sri Lanka) is finally open. This means the back logs will be clearing little by little. Atleast that's a step towards receiving PPR given Canada slowly opens up its services as well.

Hi all,
I am an EE outland candidate (PNP-Ontario) having Dec 22 AOR. After receiving webform reply that my application has passed all stages, few days back I called IRCC to understand when can I get final decision conveying "Your application has been approved" and which VO will issue this. The agent was quite helpful and conveyed that my application indeed had cleared all stages, complete and passed. The next step is to send confirmation of final decision which will be done by an officer and I will get it either in my email/account. Agent also informed this can happen anytime soon but can't give a expected date to it. Agent also confirmed this notification would come from CIO, Sydney which is processing my application and not from local VO (I asked specifically about it).
Although, I am yet to receive this final decision whilst my account still shows outdated status of eligibility is under review, etc. (which is now almost 10 days old compared to status as per webform/call) .
Hope this info relaxes other outland applicants too!
Good luck!

This is really good news ! But with the increasing cases in India, I don't know when they open the VFS :(
