November 2018 outland spouse application

Hi everyone.
My timeline is below
1.November 28 received in Sydney nova Scotia
2.AOR1 January 23rd-they received my application on 28th November
3. January 24th biometrics payment requested
3. February 7th sponsor approved
4. February 14th application forwarded to Singapore visa office as my LVO
5. February 21st AOR from singapore and they started processing my wife application

Now waiting. Any idea whars the next and approx time? If any of you in similar situation please reply
