After over 7 months my file has finally been transferred to London. This is great news as we have heard nothing since the end of April. Excellent news for my first day visiting my wife and kids in Norway

I am afraid it’s a long wait there... but let’s still hope for 12 months process for us

What is long wait from what you seen on these forums? Especially after IRCC updated and said these application should only take 12 months. Has anyone gone 15 months plus? I spoke to someone that their application is 17 months in and no response. I can't imagine how depressing that is and even I'm pissed if the sponsor and applicant ain't.

My application receieved September 6, 2018; 10 plus months now for me and I'm getting so annoyed with this. Application been in Mexico VO. since March 1, 2019 or March 12, 2019 with no answer

No email to principal applicant. No AOR 2 yet.

Yes, only based on what I read here. My case November 7 2018 and was transferred to London’s on July 4 2018... so I believe it will be 12 months... just hope not more...

I have personally not received any correspondence from the visa office since. However, on ECAS, it says that the application started processing on 05 July. Should I be expecting any correspondence in regards to the file transfer or not?
