Hello, I am in Canada and will like to sponsor my spouse in the UK. Aside the application forms, what proof will I have to show (employment and fund wise) that I can take care of him?

There is no income requirement for sponsoring a spouse. The guide is very clear about what they want. I just completed the form with the employment information they asked for and attached the required paystubs and notice of assessment. Anything extra that they dont specifically ask for can slow down the process. I received my sponsor approval with no issues.

All those with no file transfers yet could this be possible with our files as well that we haven’t received the emails but the transfer in fact has taken place? I so hope that is the case!

No. No any email regarding transfer. I talked to CIC and agent told me that it was transferred to CPC-M on March 1.

No Biometric. Because PA is from India. For India Biometric is not required if application is submitted before Dec 31.
