Hi guys,
I attended the citizenship test without my passport. I just want to let you know that it is not a big deal. The officer inquired about all the concerns then asked me to come at any time to the office once I have the passport to take a look at it.

Test is easy only after you read the book once
To prepare the questions there are some good youtube videos. Just watch them once. Videos may help you in memorizing the things. It helped me.

hi guys I am really confused/worried I have applied with my siblings in November 2017, we are five siblings. Is this the reason why we haven't been contacted for the test date or anything. if we would have applied separately would that be better for us?
we have only received acknowledgment which was in January 2018 after that I have ordered GCMS notes and I've called in, they say you are in normal processing, nothing wrong with your files and nothing required from your end. So what could be the reason. Is there any person who applied just for him or her only and applied in November 2017 and still waiting for the test date? I think everyone in who filed in November are done with it. Am I right ? what are your suggestions. and please give me the link for spreadsheet so I feel fine

I waited exactly 12 months as i submitted my application on October 30th 2017.

Finally complete. Our application last year only took 7 months to oath taking from submission, this year for my mom and dad approximately took 12 months and their oath taking ceremony was held in Mississauga. BEST OF LUCK TO EVERYONE!!! PASSPORT APPLICATION IS NEXT.

Hmm, I'm surprised they actually called you... they usually send an email or mail. Good luck!

I got 20/20 on the test. Used the below links and listened to the book on audio a few times. Try for 3-5mins on the test and only do 20 questions each time.

Ceremony yesterday in Montreal! Arrived in Canada on July 1, 1999 and became citizens on October 25, 2018. Grateful.

I had a big family and in Qc you have two phases of PR, thus two costs. That was also before the PR fees were radically reduced. Then we got caught in the closure of the Buffalo office and lost a few years. All done now though!
