I have a question. Our citizen application was received on the November 6, 2017, but I just realized that I did not write our names on the back of the passport size photographs. Do you thick that this will mean our application could be returned? What do I have to do?

If single applicant, then no it will not be returned. If family application, then chances are 50/50 depending on officer because how would they know who is who ? They don't do guesswork.

Thank you for your prompt response. It is just me and my wife. But each passport was attached to each form alone.

However, what would you advice in this case.

I would just wait and see what happens.it would depend on the officer processing it. They may just ask you to provide another set of pics.

I have few questions which I think you guys will be able to help with:

1. In question-11 of form CIT 0002E, I need to mention what I have been doing in the eligibility period with addresses. The scenario is that I have worked two jobs and changed apartments multiple times during that time frame:
for example, I have worked at job1 from 2015-01 to 2015-10 and lived at address1 and address2 during that time. And I have worked at job2 from 2015-03 (overlapping with job1 for 2 months) to present and lived at address1, address2, address3 and address4. How to fill out form with overlapping jobs and multiple addresses as the form has only one space to enter the address? --> Should I attach additional sheet explaining them all this messy situation?

2. For the same question, I need clarification for my spouse. My spouse has been working at job-A until Jul-2016 and after that she has been on Parental Leave ever since. So for the time from Jul-2016 until now--> would it fall under Employment or Homemaker?

3. For question 12.b where they have asked for "when you filed your income taxes in the last five years using the chart below". I became PR in 2014-08 and have filed taxes in Canada for 2014, 2015 and 2016. I have not filed taxes before that (for 2012 and 2013) as I was in India and didn't have to file taxes. Should I check for "Yes" to "Required to file" for years -2014, 2015, 2016 and check for "No" to "Required to file" for years- 2012, 2013?

Disclaimer** not an expert, just want to be helpful =]

1. Just make sure to list all of those jobs and all of those residences, even if the timeline overlaps. I am currently working 2 jobs so in the first line I put my newest job 2017-06 to current then my older job I put 2014-07 to current, so those overlap. I had a month where I was in between jobs (actually just enjoying a month off for the stunning BC summer) so I wrote in 2014-06 to 2014-07 as unemployed and just put my home address at the time and myself as the contact. I ticked both the 'I was employed' and 'I was unemployed, a homemaker or retired' boxes. If you're filling your form out on the computer just keep hitting the + button until you've got everything in within your eligibility period. Adding an extra sheet wouldn't hurt if you needed, better to give more than less in my opinion.

2. I feel like the answer is yes, put her under homemaker from July 2016 to current and whatever her previous job was up until July 2016 and make sure she ticks both boxes at the top of the question.

3. That sounds right. So it should look like;

2016 Yes Yes
2015 Yes Yes
2014 Yes Yes
2013 No No
2012 No No
