Cause we didn't realize that we had to sign the days calculator page..... (yes i know... shame on me )

Cause we didn't realize that we had to sign the days calculator page..... (yes i know... shame on me )

I forgot to attach another piece of ID besides my passport. i made a copy and forgot to attached it. left it on my desk and after i came back from UPS i saw it on my desk...smh. and while typing this i just realized i could have walked back and ask them to put it into the app for me...smh...anyways...with that being said, i am waiting to see if it gets return or they will write to me requesting the piece of ID.

Did you attach a copy of your PR card ? If so, it should be fine. If you only attached your passport copy, then unfortunately your application will be returned.

If your application is not delivered yet, why don't you intercept it with UPS ?
