Please Help, Unable to link application to GC Key.

If anybody can help, I have tried all the combinations to link my spousal application to GC key. Can sign in with ECAS but comes application not found when trying to link with GC Key. Any Suggestions.

Yes, you can try that too. Try to create a new GCKey with your wife's information. Do not use yours.

Try this:t

"1. Logged in with GC Key account.
2. Permanent Residence > Family Class (Spouses)
2. Application Number and Family Name - Copy/pasted application number from email (including the F) and entered PA's last name. If you don't have App Number, use Family Name, Birthday, Place of Birth
3. City of Birth - I entered 1 space (hit spacebar once)
4. Country of Birth - Selected PA's country of birth
5. Passport Info - Did not enter any passport info
6. Other Application Info - Filled out the other application info as per our application and put '2' as the number of members in the application."


Try instead of 2, do 3.

lol Gotcha!, hubby submitted his Monday. I pray we get it back by the end of the month so we can book his ticket. huge sale going on right now.

Hope your hubby can land before the month of April ends. What's the usual turnaround for PPR in your VO?

My VO doesn't really have a turnaround, could be from 1 week to a few months.

What does it mean when your Background check changes To NOT APPLICABLE.
Anybody experienced this before???

Have you checked your spam for PPR? The email will come from CPCO-FinalRequest / CTDO-DemandeFinale (CIC). Have you checked ECAS? has that changed to decision made? Each officer is different. If it still taking longer and you haven't seen any of the above try requesting the notes and see where the application is. If nothing else it will get them to look at your file if it is just sitting on a desk.

Keep your head up. The emails come in batches
