It is best to ask the help of your MP as s/he can make a direct inquiry. I know one case where they asked for MP's help, and the next day, they got the PPR email. What happened was the VO said the PPR email was sent a day after DM but nothing was received on the PA's end.

Oh no, you have to send an inquiry about this. There are cases where they forgot to send the PPR email.

I have send an email to Ottawa and Case Enquiry using the Webform - no reply yet! I also called and they said it can take up to 7 weeks so I have to wait until the end of March and then call back

No, I even recovered my deleted emails in the hope it would be there and I had missed it but nothing :'(

Try to ask the help of your MP. As I shared above, sometimes the VOs are inconsistent with their ways. They might have sent it already..maybe to the wrong email address.

ScaMD, I just found the email in my spam which was sent last night. It was sent to me, not to the sponsor. We were monitoring my husband's (sponsor) email address since all correspondence has gone to him. Check yours and your sponsors spam! I did a search in my spam and that's how I found it.

Yay glad you got yours! I've already searched through my (applicant) deleted items and junk and keeping an eye on the sponsors too. No sign of it sadly, think I might call again today and see if they can do anything! It's driving me crazy lol

Yes, it comes from the Ottawa VO - to be exact, this is the "name" of the email sender: CPCO-FinalRequest / CTDO-DemandeFinale (CIC)

Thanks, will do another search of the email just incase! Called again today and the call center are so frustrating, saying it's still well within the 13 months, surely they don't expect me to wait until November for an email that others are getting in a week!!!!
