As I know from somebody, they will send an email to you. If you read your AOR carefully, they said they will inform your result before moving on last step.

Good luck to all of you.

Hi Amity, thanks, but no one of November 4 session gets CSQ yet.
I applied in Nov 2015 and got my file number in Jan 16. On processing time the website has 3 steps

1) Verification of documents submitted
2) Preliminary review
3) Selection review...

When we receive file number, does this mean we are at step 0 and awaiting step 1 results?

Hello!

I have very specific question regarding Quebec immigration application process. The question is related to points calculation. I am not sure how to calculate the points for Education and Area of Training.

For instance, I have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from a university in Kiev, Ukraine. And, I also have a Master's degree in the same area - Business Administration. In the list of Area of Training I seem to get 6 points for Business Administration (Bach.) in the C section under foreign degrees. However, in such case, do I first get 12 points separately for Masters level of eduction, OR do I only get 10 points for Bachelor, because Business Administration has Bach. note.

After all, will I get 12+6 points, or 10+6 points in the end?

Thank you!

So, is it counted separately? Meaning, education level first and then area of training. OR education level maximum depends on what is noted in the area of training?

no news still... i called today and everything is still the same, they told me to wait according the delay times in the website. According to them once I got AOR starts officially the 1st step which is Verification of documents and even in the website it says and I quote" If your application is complete, a preliminary review will be conducted without any further notice. If your file is incomplete, it will be rejected and you will be informed"
So you only get info if your file is incomplete otherwise the next step follows which is Preliminary review in this stage you do get information about the results of this review normally you receive a letter that says "awaiting desition" and then comes the last part selection review where you get csq or not. Praying every day for this.

Thanks for sharing with us.
May I clarify it? Accepting AOR doesn't mean your case already moves on the preliminary review. It just starts the 1st stage. Am I right or not?

All best,
flywind

Hello guys,

I also applied for QSWP last nov 2015, got AOR in nov 26th. According to MIDI, in my country (Brasil) it takes 4 months for 'Verification of documents submitted'. I believe I am in the 'Preliminary review' (average 3 months), since I have not got any news, as the same as eddie87. Do you guys have any idea how long it takes the federal step? CIC web site shows only timeframe to process the PR card (56 days). What about the other steps, such as medical exams, etc? Thanks!
