If you look in the Manila thread some November applicants are getting the passport request.

Hello,

We are Outland applicants from the USA. In March we received a request for further evidence as well as FBI check. We sent that all in almost 2 weeks ago. Any idea how long the wait for a decision could be? We did a medical up front so hope we don't have to redo it (medical was Nov 2015).

We've finally received our GCMS notes we ordered May 29th.

Eligibility: In progress (recommend pass)
Security: Not started
Criminality: Not started
Medical: Passed


Notes: Officer seems satisfied with proof of genuine marriage as well as my intent to return to Canada. "Nothing to flag at this time". "Meds passed NBI - Clean."

Hoping we can join the elite club of PPR soon.

We ordered them on May 29th, they were generated on June 9th, and delivered June 28th.

hello!!
i need your help.. we had our passport request yesterday.. our application was processed at MANILA visa office.
the instructions were to send the passport at nearest Visa application center (VAC). is there anybody who can help us because my wife is in new zealand because she is a resident there. does she need to go home to the philippines just to pass it to the MANILA VAC? there is also a VAC in new zealand but they said they can only forward the passport to SYDNEY CANADA EMBASSY. any of you guys experience this situation? please give us some ideas. thank you!
