Hi, I'm in the same timeline like you. CIO Sydney received my application on Nov 4, 2013. I applied under SINP(Post Graduate Student Category) Hope to hear from CIO soon

Hi, I submitted to the Sydney,NS on Oct 25,2013. They deducted the application fee on Nov 29,2013. They didn't ask me for medical exam yet.is there anyone els in the same timeline as me? Thanks

SINP nomination (PGWP): Aug. 30, 2013 (My wife and daughter were also nominated as accompanying dependents)
PNP application to CIO NS received: Nov. 4, 2013 (Delay in submission because I had to retake IELTS which had expired)
AoR and Medical request: Dec. 6, 2013 (Didn't receive medical request for my dependents)
Medical Examination: Dec. 9, 2013

Sent an e-mail to CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca on Dec. 10, 2013 informing them about not receiving medical request for my dependents.
I have not got any feedback from them and am wondering what could be responsible for this? I would appreciate your advice on this please.

Hi Jason, I'm just one person so I don't know the answer for your question. Did you check online about your application status? Does it say your Medicals received?

It might be little different because you have a family. You could contact the clinic where you did your medicals to see if they sent your medicals results to CIC or not.

Just contacted the clinic and they said my medical result has been sent to CIC.
Thanks for your response. I just hope they get back to me soon.
