Those who will be sending passports for stamping outside Canada will always have to send photographs. Because, application lies with CPC-Ottawa.
If the stamping will be done at visa office outside Canada will need 2 photographs

Thank you YogeshPa for confirming. I was bit confused as I did not get any photo/pic request in the email sent for PP request. So you think I can just send the PP without photographs and it should not be a problem. But which photograph will be used on the PR card, if I do not send them the photos. I sent the photos in the begining along with the application but they are now 1 year old........any suggestions.....

They will use the 1 yr old one which u sent initially with application..

I got my copr today with visa.
PPR - October 23, 2014
Passport Sent to Ottawa - October 24, 2014
Received at Ottawa - October 28, 2014

Good for him. He received reply within a day. Let's see when are we going to see The Email from CEC.. It's already more than a week. Did you send CIC a reminder?

did you ask him, what they have mentioned in the email. did they sent another email stating to submit in India?
meanwhile the person residing in Canada can submit the passport to CPP Ottawa or not ?

Hello guys,
I am February 2014 applicant,
I got PPR but my spouse is in back home, I requested them to print her visa in my back home India.
I have seen some cases in your forum of November 2013.
People have written their problem but they did not answer after requesting CIC, how much time they took to reply them back? and what happened to their application?
I request you guys to enlighten my path because I am in the same boat.
Please let me know what to do in this situation.

CIC say passports should be sent with Canada Post Xpresspost prepaid envelopes, but is there anything wrong with using Canada Post Priority prepaid envelopes? I need my passport back as soon as humanly possible, and Priority is a faster service than Xpresspost.

Received my PPR recently.

I think you are provided an answer earlier for the same question , What is the concern now ? If you want your passport back as soon as humanly possible , go for it. Once it reaches CIC the time will be not in your control . If you want to save 1-2 days go for priority .

He asked only for the change in Visia printing location as us. Yes, they sent another email to submit in India.

you also requested for one passport to submit in back home? As I said, in my case I need to submit here in Canada and one my spouse`s passport in back home India.
