One envelope for sending the passports and another one for receving back?

There is absolutely no need for sending e-medical receipt as it is no needed. I don't think it's going to help you with anything as CIC has to look at your medical results before they take any decision. Now that you've completed your medical, relax. Dr. Li usually submits the medical results in 10 days.

After how many day in ecas its saw medical received? After medical done with dr. Li

I received medicals on 5th June and completed the same on 12th June. Doc is going to upload the medicals next week.

My question is how long does it take to get the RPRF payment request after the MR is received. Many of my friends received RPRF immediately after MR. Is it normal?

Is there anybody get T4 & NOA2013 requests?
I got a e-mail last Fri and sent back with attached documents.
I submitted T4, noa2012, and pay stub 2013 when I applied to my application.

My time line is Nov 22/ AOR Jan 10/ no MR

I was disappointed to get this e-mail because I expected to receive MR...
I did part time working (no Nov level) while I was working a full time (noc b level). I explained briefly about that.

I just worried if this request is normal and I am going to be ok...

Don't worry about it. I had received the same email asking about the same documents. As soon as I submitted them received my MR after 3 days. It is infact a good sign that your application has been picked up for processing.

Also, my PPR request came from Ottawa- no need for us to send any pictures/Bio-data, right?
In the cover letter just mention the application details, corrrect?
Finally, MAIL the followin Canada post xpress envelope (for return mail) + PPR email + cover letter to Ottawa ?

i had the same request: they asked me t4 and Noa 2012 and 2013. I received the request the day after I received the medical request. I sent all the documents and I still waiting for their response.
