Hello,

Happy greetings to all . . . we haven't checked our emails in over a week since we're doing a little travelling. Anyway, my wife opened her email this afternoon to see that she has her stage 2 AOR from our visa office in Warsaw who has our application now. I see from looking at the spreadsheet that at least one other member already has a stage 2 AOR. Great news!

So I wish speedy processing and happy holidays to the rest who are patiently (and impatiently!) waiting!

All the best,

Grzybek

Hope we can get it soon in the early Jan.

I was wondering if people who got their 1st stage AOR's share the email address they got the AOR's/Approvals from.
I just wanted to add that in my safe list, just in case. I am pretty sure it doesn't go to spam, but the you never know

Don't worry you will hear from them ! I did mine on oct 17 and got approval Dec 13 . Please add following email to your contact list , so if any email you receive from CIC, it doesn't go the spam
client-update-mise-a-jour @ cic.gc.ca ---- > AOR Email
cpc-extcom @ cic.gc.ca --- > Approval email

Thanks a lot shanmba1174. I have added them to my safe list.

Seems like CIC is going pretty slow as per Dec 19th update. They are processing applications received on Nov 6. Does that mean everyone whose application were received before that have got AOR's. Hopefully it will get better after New Year just as everyone is hoping for.

Hi Ttcdfolk,

Our Alberta destination is my childhood home of Red Deer where I have spent most of my life, but after that, we'll see! Not too sure where the winds will blow us once we get our feet back on the ground in Canada. What about you?

is it for AOR? i was hoping that means we get some result, approval or denial. did everyone on the sheet, i see 6 names, whose application was received by nov 6 really receive something from cic?

Mine was recieved on November 1st and still have not heard a word from CIC

Will be heading to Edmonton for the first while, then down down to Calgary, my wife is going to love the Alberta winters.

Hello,
I'm a November applicant, but can't send PMs (yet?). My application was sent Nov. 13, received Nov. 15. I got the email AOR and approval of sponsorship letter (by email as well) on Nov. 26. My visa office is CPP Ottawa (would have been Buffalo). We've been married for 5 years and have two kids...hopefully CIC doesn't doubt our relationship ::) and the rest of the process goes smoothly.
Thanks
