I am have been a silent member of this thread and I must admit that the support,encouragement and good will that everyone shows is heartwarming and humbling.Congrats to all who have received their AORs,ITAs,Nominations and PRs.I pray that God will continue to guide our paths and order our steps in in this long journey.

Seems like now 17 DEC 2015 applicants will receive their AOR . And then they will start issuing Nomination Certificate of all 17 Dec 2015 applicants ....

After that they will open NS Demand : Express entry applications ..

What is the date of reopening and will be the guide line remain same?

I just got my AOR yesterday.

Timeline
Received application: December 18, 2015
Pre AOR: June 7, 2016
AOR: February 16, 2017

The problem is my IELTS got expired last September 2016. ??? So my EE is now Profile Ineligible. I plan to email the officer to ask for an extension hopefully they'll grant my plea, but just to shed some light, would you know if there were past cases similar to mine? ???

My brother in law lives in Calgary, Alberta. Should I mention that in connection to Canada? And should I clarify that why I wanna still move to NS or wait till they ask next time?

I received my AOR Email and replied them on 10 Feb 2017 waiting for Nomination Certificate . I want to know will they contact my employee now or not . Will they inform me if my employee did not reply to their mail .

What do you mean? Employment verification I guess. If there is nothing to doubt in your reference letter, they might not contact your employer.

depends where you are applying from, to think not only to migrate to Canada in general, but picky where you want to settle.

If someone applying from "third world", then any place in Canada would do, especially since other provinces may have tougher immigration rules than NS, despite of fact there are some relatives there.

I have replied to my Case Officer providing the documents & information as asked. I replied to the same email without changing/editing the subject line but got the Automatic response from NSNP. Please let me know if this is normal or should I have edited the subject line before replying?
