Sorry Allen. You submitted your application with 66 in total ? but 67 is the minimum.

Forumites, are there any cases where they accepted 66 instead of 67. My friend has got the same case and he is refraining from applying. Please advise as I need to advise him. Thanks.

As you said that your friend has 66 point , Well there is no loss to apply but how your friend will make express entry profile? because to make express entry profile applicant must full fill one program at least FSW or FST or PNP. I will suggest to apply only if your frd has option to increase 1 point either from IELTS or Spouse IELTS

Yes, you can apply for two PNPs at the same time but you have to tell the later one about the previous one. In this way your intention for settling down to later PNP becomes a question to the visa/case officer?
@yogeshdoon, why must you notify the other province of ur intention of previous or intended applications to other province, since this is a good ground for disqualification.
please we will need experts opinion here.
Thank you

Hi ABCD..I applied for fsw 2014 my total was 67 but I didn't recv any updates till now as I turned 38 years from Dec 8 . I lost a point and became 66. My consultant told me that the cover letter is having the details mentioning and explaining it. So he wants to get this nomination and pull out the fsw of 2014 or enter in EE later. Is it sounds like a good plan?

@ Allen 877, I have asked this kind of question in time past from my friends that I felt are knowledgeable than me , I was told that the age recognized by CIC will be the age at the time of application and not like the case that you have here.
I stand to be corrected here

You said you applied for FSW2014 and the day your application received at CIC for FSW2014 your score was 67. First I would like to know why did you not get any update yet? your fees was charged or not ?
As you said that 8 dec 2014 you turned 38 and your score now is 66. Please ask you consultant what kind of cover letter he made that will justify your point 67.
Second ask him to not to pull out your FSW2014 application if it is in process as your point will be considered 67 if it reached before 8 dec.
Ask him how he will enter in EE? On the basis of which program you dont have 67 means you dont fulfil criteria of FSW.
It sounds like fishy.

but they instructed me on nomination certificate that I should send my aplication to CIO and no where it was mention that I need to go under EE

Thanks for sharing.
Congratulations once again.
You are the first one for NSNP nomination 2015.

I omitted writing my Noc code in the Section H of page 13 of the form
It is a very common mistake which so many people did including myself. you can see in spreadsheet the applicants name in Blue color
It seems that , this mistake has not much effect on the application as we additionally submitted the "Documentation to show work experience match with NOC 2011" as per the checklist. I am sure everyone mentioned the NOC code as per their job occupations in this document.

Well its good to inform them via email. There is no loss, but its a bit difficult for them to add this paper in your file now.

Can somebody tell me when File Received NSNP immigration office after that they send any E mail notification. My file was received on 13 Feb 2015. But I still not get any Email from there.

Hi,
No, they don't. Only notification you can get is from your package carrier.
BTW, NS is still dealing with files received 12th, Jan.
So, take it easy bro, good thing will come.

Hello JIJI,

If you read NSNP application there is a section where they asked if you applied for other PNP program, and now days Centralized Intake office is in sydney, Nova Scotia. They can easily check your profile with your application details which is easily available online. So it is always better to give the exact details especially in immigration. Yes, then you have to justify your intention but in the other way then the visa office can easily disqualify your application because of false information. So always give information about other PNP program if applied and if asked.
