Kindly tell me one more thing. I have heard word of mouth that Qubec program is not have any CRITERIA for french points now, you can apply on english points only and its fast immigration program and if you want to move to other province from Qubec, you can move after spending 3 months over there?
Plz help me in taking the right decision.

Quebec skilled worker, it has nothing to do with "fast", unless you are applying from France. For applicants from countries such as India and China, etc., you wait 3+ years for CSQ, then 2-3 years for the Federal stage. You may look at their website to know for sure how long it takes for your country to be processed.
