I sent my application with email copy of nomination. One of our previous forum colleague confirmed me email copy is acceptable and he got AOR from CIO.
This is confirm that CIO send you AOR through email but don't know they send with regular mail as well.

Dear Forum Member,

What you think do we need to make spreadsheet for:
To know the average timeline to process PR applications?
Average time to get AOR?
Average time to get Medical, additional documents etc?

Thanks

mine was received today in CIC. Guys, I think it is a good idea to merge with this thread (or maybe keep both)http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/pnp-pr-application-june-2014-t216608.735.html

I think this thread is for intake applicant but NS nomination is mostly outtake. May be processing time is different as they already in Canada.

great thread for NS nominees...
I will send my application to cic next week. waiting for my pcc to come.

NewPlan2014 - I did some research and found that it is not needed to wait for PCC. Waiting for PCC will result in delay on your filling. As long as you can send your pcc withing 8 weeks or once you get your AOR then you should send your application.

I know you're wondering how I know this - I researched this site and set private messages to some forumers who have landed and had the shortest timelines from application to cic to visa stamping. I emailed 5 of them. 3 of them sent their PCC after they've recieved their AOR. I was informed that PCC is not touched until months into the process. I believed them because their timelines were shorter than average. That's my 2 cents
