NewPlan2014 - I did some research and found that it is not needed to wait for PCC. Waiting for PCC will result in delay on your filling. As long as you can send your pcc withing 8 weeks or once you get your AOR then you should send your application.

I know you're wondering how I know this - I researched this site and set private messages to some forumers who have landed and had the shortest timelines from application to cic to visa stamping. I emailed 5 of them. 3 of them sent their PCC after they've recieved their AOR. I was informed that PCC is not touched until months into the process. I believed them because their timelines were shorter than average. That's my 2 cents

Yes- I applied to CIC, my package was received August 28th. I applied with a the email copy (no signature).

Yes, but in CIC checklist they mentioned that arrange documents according to checklist. I was arranged my documents as CIC checklist.

I think Immigration officer check your file according to CIC checklist, they will not follow NS email (even they don't know about NS email).
This is my opinion.

I did both. I put one copy in front per NSOI and put the other within the application per CIC checklist

in the generic form IMM0008 , Question 12 , what will be the dependent type ? my children are bellow 19 yers old , earlier form (old ) i selected type A
but in the new form i found Type 1 for under children 19 .

Guys,

Once you get AOR from CIC then you can submit the following documents.

- PCC
- Signed nomination letter.

Generally, CIC will return the application if you have missed documents such as birth certificate, any CIC forms, missing signature in CIC form etc..

If your package is complete as per check lists document then they will issue the AOR. Thenafter, you can update them about your case , you are going to marriage or PCC etc....

But if you are OK with all the documents then it much better for you.

Yes, you should select Type 1.

about signture letter
yesterday i received the letter after 3 month from the nomination so it will be not wise decision for any one to wait for it if it delayed as mine
just to clear my case i received nomination by email at 17-6-2014 and received it at mail at 2-9-2014
i sent my package at received at CIO at 16-7-2014
