NOVA SCOTIA PNP DEMAND EXPRESS ENTRY

Hello Everybody,
Need some help here.
After creating my express entry profile and score of 399, I do qualify for Nova scotia Demand express entry. I believe the program is closed as of now. I was wondering can i still create a online profile with all my details and submit it once it opens?

After i registered to there account, there is no option for me to create profile?

Can anybody tell if i would be only able to make my profile after it opens?

I believe SINP allows to make profile and complete profile in advance

Maybe yes you can do it so on accesstobusiness.snsmr.gov.ns.ca. I am also on the same boat , what is your timeline or update
