I am currently filling out the online application and have encountered a few problems.
1. In the work experience section, I need to provide letters of reference and documentation to show work experience match with NOC 2016. However, it states that in the letters of reference, you need to include the main responsibilities and duties of your position.
So my question is that do I need to provide an additional document showing how my work experience match with NOC 2016? Or just the letters of reference including my work experience would be enough for these two requirements (letter of reference and work experience match with NOC2016)?
2. Second question is that, my common law partner (my girlfriend)'s study permit has expired and currently overstaying in canada, but she is planning to go back home and come back to Canada once we get PR.
Just wondering how would this affect the application especially her study permit was expired during our one year relationship of common law parnter.
