Dear All
i have waited all day long in last intake of Nova Scotia category B .I was successful in applying nova scotia express entry stream.Sadly migration team emailed me later and said that i applied wrong category and also mentioned that i applied in experience stream instead of B category. i was 100% confirmed that there was no category B selection was given in that website. Could anyone please help me where this category B stands in the website. There is only three category shown when i press apply now,one is experience express entry, second is skilled worker, third category one.
I appreciate your help

Cat B just opens a few times a year (started last May). You need to keep an eye on the website when it opens. Nobody knows when it'll open again.

Nova Scotia did not open for everyone to apply in last few days, so I believe you went ahead and apply into the wrong one. Last time it was open with extreme technical issues and closed hardly within 8-10 hours. Keep looking into the website.

Dear All,

Can anybody help me to answer the below two questions from immigration officer?

1. You have indicated that you visited Ontario with your family in 2016 and that you have never been to Nova Scotia. Please provide additional information why you want to settle in Nova Scotia and not Ontario, even though you have visited Ontario.

2. Under the when not to apply list it states an individual intending to start a business and/or be self-employed in Nova Scotia. You have stated in your settlement plan that you could set up a small business. Elaborate on this, as intending to start a business means you are not eligible for the program.
