Hello,

My package is complete but I'm still waiting for my tax return, I did it quite late 2 weeks ago, it's my first tax return in the country, how long does it take usually to receive the NOA?

I'm afraid I won't get it before expiration of my 3 Police reports (USA, UK and France), they are about 1 month old, should I send send my application specifying I'll complete with the NOA asap when I get it?

Up to 16 weeks... Mine came at the end of the 16th week.

I heard it would take a long time... so well if I don't send before I'm loosing my police reports that cost me quite some money and took 3 months to get...

Anyone has experience sending the package without NOA?

It is the only part I'm missing.

I had the same problem. I had been waiting for my T4 and NOA, and my police certificates were about to pass the 3 month threshold, so I just sent in my application without the T4 and NOA. Received my AOR in about 40 days and immediately emailed them my T4. I'm still waiting for the NOA.

Make sure, though, that you provide a cover letter that states why the NOA isn't included. And also include other supporting docs, like last year's final pay stub.
