You can order them now if you want to but in all honesty there probably won't be anything on there as you just got Sponsorship approval and they haven't had time to work on your file.

Anytime but preferably once your application goes to "In Process" stage with "Medicals received" by CIC. YOu should order it if you feel there are unnecessary delays in processing of your application.

i can see from the UCı number that ı have ın my cıtızenshıp certıfıcate that they are ın process....does thıs means that they opened my husbands envelope?they shouldnt have send hım a personal UCI number?ı am hıs representator...do you thınk ıf ı order them now ı could see somethıng?

If your husband didn't get UCI# as yet then CIC have not even started working on his application. Give the timeline of your application to be able to understand better.

you don't need a UCI number to order the notes. it's not mandatory. we ordered my notes before i received my uci and did not have any issues. the information can be requested with the file number given in the SA. Visa offices don't just send applicant's their UCI number. The only way the applicant will get it is if the visa office sends an AOR2 or if they request more information or the passport.
